HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

When an order Is placed, it may be processed and shipped between 9am and 11am Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over a weekend or during a national holiday will be shipped the following business day.  During busy periods it can sometimes take longer.

WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?

Royal Galley is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. 

I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT CAN YOU DO?

If the customer has completed an order and realized the wrong shipping address has been given, it is essential to contact us immediately. If the customer can provide the order number and then the correct shipping address via email. Our e-commerce team should be able to made the amendment before it leaves the warehouse. However, once the order has left the building, it will not be possible for us to intercept the package and the shipment will head out to the initial given address. 

CAN THE USER SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

It is possible for a delivery to go to a different address; this facility is available at the check-out page. The customer must provide the correct billing address and the phone number that the customer's credit card company has listed on their account, for verification purposes. Royal Gallery will not dispatch an order without correct billing information.
